Marta has more than 20 years’ experience working with the Hispanic Media. She has been part of Television and Radio personality as well as she has been an expert in creating promotional ideas for clients. Additionally, Marta has been into Digital Media in the pasts years, providing clients with digital marketing strategies to maximize campaigns success rates, leads and conversions.

As a Marketing Specialist, Marilu develops strategies based in marketing research and analysis of product or services. She is an expert in competitive analysis as well as to position best tactics for marketing campaigns.

She started at MLM many years ago as part of the Promotion Activation Team. Marilu is a peoples person, charismatic with high level of communication , management and technical skills that allow her to properly track the effectiveness of campaign and find out where they can be improve to maximize the impact.

With over 20 years’ experience, Martha Saldana is very sensitive to changes in social media. Her extensive background and great strategies in media allow her to better govern social media in the new digital world.

Daisy Garcia is a Marketing Maven who has partnered with various brands to develop award-winning consumer facing campaigns. After spending nearly 15 years in Marketing Communications including Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, Experiential and Advertising she has gained experience in all facets of consumer engagement.  She knows how to truly influence an audience and positively impact a brand. Daisy has a proven record of success and is the newest member of our team.

Astute, creative, and motivated Communication Professional skilled in multi-media communication including radio broadcasting, social media platforms, print marketing, and documentaries. Extensive engagement in highlighting community projects through communication strategies. Samantha has a passion for relationship building and has great leadership and networking skills. Currently, Samantha is going to school at Columbia College Chicago, working on her Bachelor’s degree in Social Media & Digital strategies and her minor in Acting. As a marketing specialist at Multi Latino Marketing, Samantha develops strategies that best fit the clients needs and understands how to approach challenging situations and deliver on commitments. She is excited and very proud to be working at a company that is Women Owned along with a wonderful team of mujeres fuertes!

Juan received his degree in Accounting from Chicago State University.  His is currently working in obtain his masters degree from Roosevelt University.
